Firehouse Steak and Cheese® Sub
Introducing the Firehouse Steak and Cheese®, the most popular sandwich at Firehouse Subs. It’s made with a unique combination of a grilled steak that’s perfectly tendered down to mix with the creamy provolone cheese. This meaty, gooey texture is then enriched with peppers and Sauteed onions to bring out a bursting aroma that leaves a sweet and savory flavor on the tongue.
To top it all off, a generous amount of garlic mayo sauce is added. This creates a symphony of flavors, ranging from the beefy meat to the creaminess coming from the provolone that’s elevated with the garlic mayo’s zestiness. All of these flavors are then packaged in a warm sub roll, waiting to be revealed with your bite!
