Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked Beef Brisket (smoked or slow-cooked)
- 4 Sub Rolls
- Eight slices Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- Pickles
- Sliced Red Onion
- Lettuce
- Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Making Process
- Take a smokehouse and add your beef brisket cut to start cooking with butter over medium heat for 10 hours.
- Once the brisket is done, take it out of the pot and let it cool off to release the juices.
- Toast your sub rolls in the same brisket broth so they absorb the beefy flavor.
- Once your sub rolls are toasted, add mayonnaise and smoked BBQ sauce to add the Cooked beef brisket.
- Thinly slice the beef brisket and mix it with the sauces, then add cheddar cheese on top.
- Let the cheddar cheese melt with the brisket’s heat, and then add pickles, onions, and lettuce to give it a refreshing and zesty twist.
