Ingredients
- Four large potatoes
- Six slices of chopped bacon
- One medium diced onion
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped chives
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper

Making Process
- Heat a cast iron skillet and add chopped bacon to cook over medium heat until it crisps.
- Please take out the bacon once it’s done and add sliced onions into the bacon dripping and saute till they turn translucent.
- Now heat a pot to add four sliced potatoes and chicken broth.
- Heat the pot on medium heat to let the ingredients simmer.
- Now add your bacon along with heavy cream, shredded cheddar, chives, and onions.
- Stir the mixture well until the cheese melts and your desired taste is achieved.
- Serve the Firehouse soups hot in cups or bowls to have your desired serving.
