Ingredients

  • 1 sub roll (6-8 inches)
  • 4 slices salami
  • 4 slices pepperoni
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2-3 slices tomato
  • 2-3 slices red onion
  • 1-2 banana peppers (optional)

Making Process

  1. Take a sub roll and cut it into two slices lengthwise.
  2. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. 
  3. Spread this mixture onto the inside part of the sub-roll.
  4. Add a layer of the sliced salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone and mozzarella cheese onto the sub roll.
  5. On the top of meats and cheese, add sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, and red onion. 
  6. You can also add banana peppers and a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top half roll as per your liking.
  7. After adding all the ingredients, close the sandwich and press gently to make it compact.
