Engineer® Sub Recipe
The following is the recipe for the Firehouse Subs Engineer®:
- Prep Time: 20 Minutes
- Cook time: 10 Minutes
- Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients
- 1 sub roll
- 12 oz of hot roast beef
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup grilled onions
- 1/4 cup grilled bell peppers
- 1/4 cup au jus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Making Process
- Take a cast iron skillet and olive oil to Sauté onions and bell pepper until tender and caramelized.
- Now add thinly sliced roasted beef in the skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.
- Remove the roasted beef and add the sub roll to toast in beef flavors.
- Now layer the roast beef on the sub roll and add provolone cheese to let it melt.
- Garnish with the sauteed onions and pepper and drizzle some warm au jus over it.
- Now pack the Firehouse Subs Engineer® and cut in half to serve.
