Ingredients
- 1 sub roll (6-8 inches)
- 4 slices salami
- 4 slices pepperoni
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 slice of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2-3 slices tomato
- 2-3 slices red onion
- 1-2 banana peppers (optional)
Making Process
- Take a sub roll and cut it into two slices lengthwise.
- Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Spread this mixture onto the inside part of the sub-roll.
- Add a layer of the sliced salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone and mozzarella cheese onto the sub roll.
- On the top of meats and cheese, add sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, and red onion.
